Tsukiji

Tsukiji is a small, neat japanese cafe in Prahran that offers a very limited menu however it sells small slabs of fresh sashimi ready to be cut to order. We came here as we were craving Sashimi and thus selected a few plastic wrapped trays of Atlantic Salmon, Tuna, Kingfish and Scallop. With side dishes of Takoyaki and Gyoza, it came to a total of $45. They also sell japanese groceries that you can browse while waiting for your food to be prepared.

A large platter of Sashimi arrived and it was more Sashimi than we expected and completely sated our Sashimi cravings. The Takoyaki and Gyoza were decent but nothing too great.

A good place to visit when I feel like Sashimi so I will be back however I've had enough to last me for a few weeks at least.

Food: 7.5/10
Service: 7/10
Value: 8/10
Will I return? Yes, only for the fresh sashimi though.
